About Sakaya
What does Sakaya do?
Sakaya is a Utah-based AI consulting firm founded by Eli Morgan that helps B2B companies find where AI saves the most time and drives the most revenue, implements AI systems, and trains their teams to use them. We work from the roots up: we interview the CEO and every department, map how work actually gets done, and pick the few AI changes with the biggest payoff. Then we build those systems inside your existing tools and teach your people to run them. Sakaya also offers AI-powered speaker booking for paid speakers and premium AI video for companies that want to tell their story.
What size companies do you work with?
We work with B2B companies doing $10M or more in annual revenue, led by a hands-on founder or CEO. Companies this size have enough people, departments and repeatable work for AI to make a real difference, but rarely an in-house team dedicated to figuring out where it fits. If you are smaller than that, book a call anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or point you to a better first step.
What industries do you work with?
Sakaya is industry-agnostic and focused on B2B. Our method works anywhere there is repeatable knowledge work — sales and follow-up, operations, customer service, finance and reporting, hiring, marketing and content. Because we start by interviewing every department about how work actually happens, we learn your business before recommending anything. What matters most is not your industry but a CEO who wants to move and a team willing to try new ways of working.
Where is Sakaya based, and do you work remotely?
Sakaya is based in Utah, USA, and works with companies across the United States. Most of our work — interviews, implementation and training — happens remotely over video, which keeps engagements efficient for busy teams. Our founder, Eli Morgan, speaks English, Thai and Mandarin, which helps when teams or customers work across languages. To start, book a discovery call and we will talk through your business and whether Sakaya is the right fit.
How much does Sakaya cost?
Pricing is tailored to each company and shared on a discovery call. It depends on your size, how many departments are involved, and how much implementation and training you want us to handle. Consulting engagements start with a paid AI Opportunity Audit, followed by a monthly retainer if you continue. Speaker booking and AI video are scoped separately. On the call we will learn what you need and give you a clear proposal — no surprises.
AI consulting
How does an AI consulting engagement work?
Every engagement starts with a paid AI Opportunity Audit and, if it makes sense, continues as a monthly retainer. In the audit we interview you and each department, document the workflows that eat the most hours, and deliver a prioritized roadmap of where AI will save time and create revenue. On the retainer we implement that roadmap one system at a time, train your team on each one, measure what changed, and keep optimizing month over month. You always know what we are working on next and why.
What is an AI Opportunity Audit?
An AI Opportunity Audit is the paid first phase of every Sakaya consulting engagement. We interview the CEO and each department, map the workflows that consume the most time, and identify where AI can save hours, increase capacity or open new revenue. You receive a prioritized roadmap: what to automate or augment first, the expected impact, what it takes to implement, and how your team will be trained. It is valuable on its own, and it becomes the plan for the monthly retainer if you continue.
How long until we see results?
You see useful results during the audit itself: the roadmap shows exactly where your hours are going and which changes pay off first. Once implementation starts, we deliberately begin with quick wins — repetitive, high-volume tasks where AI can take work off your team’s plate right away — before tackling larger systems. The exact timeline depends on your tools, data and team, so we set clear milestones for your company during the audit instead of promising a generic number up front.
Do we need technical staff to work with Sakaya?
No. Most of the companies we work with do not have an AI or engineering team, and that is exactly who we built this for. We handle the technical setup, connect AI to the tools you already use, and document everything in plain language. Then we train the people who will use each system day to day until they are confident running it themselves. If you do have IT or technical staff, we loop them in so they understand and can support what we build.
Will AI replace our employees?
That is not our goal. We believe AI should enhance human capability, not replace it. The work we target first is the repetitive, manual work that buries good people — copying data between systems, first drafts, research, follow-ups, reporting. When AI handles that, your team gets hours back for the judgment, relationships and creative work only people can do. The result is more output per person and a company that can grow without burning out the team that got it there.
How is this different from buying AI software?
Software gives you a tool; Sakaya gives you results inside your business. Most companies that buy AI subscriptions end up with a few people using them occasionally and nothing really changing. We start with your workflows, not a product: we find where the hours and revenue are, choose or build the right systems for those specific jobs, connect them to your existing tools, and train your team until the new way of working sticks. We stay tool-neutral, so recommendations are based on fit, not on what we sell.
Speaker booking
How does AI speaker booking work?
Sakaya’s speaker booking process uses AI to find and apply to paid conferences at a scale no person can match. A strong human assistant might apply to about ten good conferences a week; our process can apply to hundreds a month for a single speaker — up to around 300. At the same time, it sends one to two personalized emails and one to two LinkedIn messages to each conference’s decision-makers, so your application does not sit in a pile. You approve the positioning; the system does the volume.
Who is AI speaker booking for?
It is built for people who get paid to speak, or want to: professional keynote speakers, authors with a book to promote, consultants and industry experts, and founders who use the stage to win clients. It works best when you already have a clear topic and some proof — a book, past talks, a reel or a track record in your field. If you are earlier than that, we will tell you on the call what to have in place first.
